Of the Kentucky tokens, the H. Miller & Co. tokens from Louisville are by far the most interesting. Many of these have been re-caterogized with the third edition of Fuld’s Civil War Store Cards. In this write-up they are still presented as categorized in the second edition since many of those currently slabbed by TPGs still show these numbers.
